We think it is important that you see samples of our stationery before placing an order. It is the only way to appreciate the combination of quality factors that make Debscrafts designs so special.
By ordering samples of our stationery, you agree that they are for your own personal use and will not be copied by yourself or any third party.
We provide a bespoke service. If you are interested in a bespoke service please get in touch either by e-mail or phone.
When you have decided what stationery you would like to order, please phone us and we'll fill in your details for you.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is needed along with your order for us to begin processing any part of your order. You can pay this either by cheque or via the online banking system when you have received your invoice.
By signing the order form you agree to our terms and conditions. Next we need your personal wedding information for all the items you have ordered, apart from place cards or table plans as you will not have these details until a later date. Please send this information by word document.
We will then create PDF proof's for you to approve within 10 days, you must check all the details are correct and sign and return the proofs. When we have received your approved proofs we will begin to print your stationery so that it will be ready to send on the agreed date.
The balance payment must be settled before shipping your order.
