FAQHow far in advance should I place my order?
Ideally your order would be placed four months in advance to allow us plenty of time to order your components if stocks are running low. Book in your delivery date and give you plenty of time to sort out your invitation wording. Can we apply our colour scheme to your invitations? Absolutely. We are happy to work with any colour scheme you have in mind and apply it to our designs. Do you help with wording our stationery items? Of course! Upon placing your deposit we will email you to compile the perfect wording. Can you print in other languages? Yes! We can print most languages - you need to send your wording in the language you require in word document. Does the bride or groom’s name go first on our stationery? Bride goes first ... it’s a gentlemanly thing to do, like letting a lady through the door first! Can we request a printed sample mock up of our invitation before production commences? Yes. The invitation sample will be mocked up for your final approval if you wish. What is the minimum order turnaround? The minimum delivery time is 6weeks from placing your order with us. Can you rush my order through quicker? We will try our very best to help accommodate rush orders. Please call us asap!! What details do you require to place an order? We will need to know what design and accessories you’d like, estimated quantities and a 25% deposit to start. Do you have other fonts to choose from? We have compiled a list of our favourite alternative fonts which we can email you upon request. Is there a minimum order? There is no minimum order. What does your pricing include? Pocket fold invites include one insert of your choice, rsvp with reply envelope, each invite comes wrapped in tissue and its own box ready for posting or envelope. Do you ship nationally and internationally? All orders are most welcome! We use courier service. What are my payment options? Payments can be made via paypal or direct payment into Debscrafts or cheque. |
