 Q: Samples Charges ?

When ordering a sample (s) they are £5-00 each. This price includes the shipping charges .....

When you get to the postage section click walk in store so you will only be charged £5-00 per sample.

Q: What are the delivery charges?

Delivery is £8.00 to any address in mainland UK or Northern Ireland Monday-Friday.Scottish Highlands delivery £18.00 Please call our helpline for delivery outside these areas and abroad. A signature will be required on delivery to provide proof of receipt.I do not add extra monies for posting for myself I charge you the customer exactly what the shipping company charge me.

Q: What happens if I want to cancel my order?

A: All orders are personalised to your requirements. For this reason, refunds and exchanges will only be made if the stationery does not meet your order specifications. This does not affect your statutory rights.
